​Leaders of committees and groups are designated by the Board per our By-Laws:
10.01 The Board may, from time to time, constitute such committees or other advisory bodies (including but not limited to subcommittees, councils, and auxiliaries) as it deems necessary to assist the directors in carrying on the affairs of the Corporation​
10.02 The Board may annually or more often, appoint such persons as they consider appropriate to be members of the committees and may designate one of the members of each committee as chair thereof. The President shall be ex officio a member of each such committee. ​
